Russia to increase investment as co-operation with VN grows

The Chief Representative of the Russian Trade Office in Viet Nam, Maxim Golikov, suggested that Russia and Viet Nam expand cooperation in trade and investment as well as implement policies to gain sustainability in trade turnover.
